Do you really want to know?

Simon and Tom met a long time ago at high school, and have been friends ever since. Along the way, with other great friends like John, they've done a lot of fun things, foolish things, and things they look back fondly on.

Everyone has aspirations of fame and success, but the majority lack the effort and the drive to carry through on these desires. We are no exception - we have almost no drive, and just the word effort makes us sweat.

Turnipwars was born in October 2006. We were having a really boring week, and had often discussed putting some of our creations on the web before. We drew a site-plan on the face of a joker card in the pub, which we then accidentally left on the table. But nevertheless, the next day, and slightly hungover, we wrote up the skeleton of this web site.

Tom, born to Mr and Mrs Tom in June 1984. Tom studied at Bristol University where he learnt things.

Before that he was to be seen enjoying his youth in Worcester. He now lives and works in Bristol, and frequently denies everything.

He has a great love for music, especially ska and reggae, and plays in a band called Los Conios.

Simon, some say he was born to a mother, others say he was accidentally cultivated in an unwashed petri dish.

Either way, in 2005 he graduated at Essex University, with a slightly sore head and a degree in something to do with computers and robots.

Since then, life has certainly passed him by at speed. He lives and works in Bristol, and is a keen amature photographer. (NOT like that)
